Really impressed with the level of service for BMW cars. Efficient turn around of my car, the yard, work and customer spaces are clean and tidy and hot drinks are available gratis (Glastonbury spring water too - nice!).As well as fitting me in for a brake fluid change at short notice, they also went through the existing and upcoming service history, as well as pointing out rear brakes and diff oil deals will need to be done soon, advising on remaining life of parts.Prices are also reasonable and less than main dealer. I will definitely be returning! Thanks again!

Don't normally post reviews. This garage was fantastic. Great communication from start to finish. They fixed my niggling problem the following day, diagnosed it on day one. They dealt with my warranty company effectively. I had the car mot tested also as I thought its in the garage anyway. Great job, great service. My car is back on the road.

Went to Mill Lane for some diagnosis on my N53 engine.They were super thorough and as importantly to me incredibly friendly and helpful. Most garages seem to be run by grumpy, judgemental, grey matter but the guy I dealt with here was really helpful and spoke to me like a human being.

Great place.After so many years of being fleeced by the main dealer. Mill Lane were a breath of fresh air. Diagnosed the issue with my Mini quickly, with great communication and honesty.Paid price as quoted (considerably cheaper than BMW garage), and work was completed quickly and efficiently.Will be back for service and MOT, my main dealer days are done with.
