NOT RECOMMENDED!!!In 1 week THREE occasions i have booked AND confirmed an appointment but....the 1st occasion i was right on time but my hairdresser didn't bother to turn up and no one else was available to do my hairthe 2nd and 3rd occasion i turned up again right on time but the shop was closed, no one had bothered to turn up again (this was even an hour earlier than normal closing time).Afterwards i called and the hairdresser was uncaring, said she 'didn't know what happened' and shrugged it off saying come back tomorrow (even though SHE had booked my appointment and said she would do my hair that same day). I found her very rude, lazy and unprofessional.I strongly recommend you do not waste your time!

I have been going to this hairdresser on and off for a few years.. I am always pleased with the results.. Had my hair cut, coloured and blow dried this time.. It came out quite well.. Wasn't too happy with when it was washed.. The water was too hot.. She got water on me and was a bit rough.. Apart from that it was ok.

This salon recently refused to serve a pensioner. In general conversation the pensioner advised they had Covid in early 2020 over a year ago and suffers from fatigue as a result. This is a common side effect which many people get. When she mentioned this to the intellectually challenged receptionist the salon refused service and advised that she was not welcome back ever. The receptionist and the hairdresser said she was still contagious even though she had Covid 13 months ago. This was said in front of everyone and it was absolutely shameful customer service. It just goes to show how thick some of the people working in these salons really are! So if you’ve had Covid and have recovered but you might suffer from fatigue or another side effect which has happened to many people then don’t bother going here because they’ll kick you out the door.
