Nottingham Dental Practice

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. RUDE RECEPTIONISTS, NEVER ANSWER PHONES when theyre open at 8:30, Always cancelling appointments because the dentist is away or god knows what. They used to be good until the orange 12 year old looking receptionists turned up.

I haven't been to this Dentist in a while and the service was 1000%. The advise and care that was given was reassuring and made me feel comfortable. Aksana and Sherana were so lovely and i will definitely feel more at ease for my next appointment. Thankyou xx

Extremely happy with my emergency appointment today!!!I came to this practice with a broken tooth fully aware that there may be a long waiting time. I was pleasantly surprised when a lovely receptionist Natalia went extra mile, managed to work her magic and squeezed me in for a cancellation spot nearly straight away.The dentist (amazing doctor named Aksana), who so kindly agreed to see me, was absolutely great. She explained everything in detail, in a way that was easy for me to understand, and offered various options of treatments. Temporary treatment was provided straight away and follow-up appointments were booked for proper treatments. The dentist was overall very friendly and helpful, and she seemed highly skilled at her job.Thank you to all brilliant staff at the Nottingham Dental Practice.I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and friendly approach.RegardsPrzemek

Absolutely fantastic experience with the hygienistBest clean I’ve ever had . Usually given several needles to numb the awful pain during a clean but this one I didn’t need any at all . Very pleasedWould 100% recommend

I had to cancel a filling appointment due to a family emergency in another city and me not being able to attend, my dentist has now left the practice and I rang up today roughly 3 weeks later to ask to book a new appointment for my filling. I have been told “your dentist has left, so I have to ask the others if they’ll do the filling” I asked if they so no what then? I wouldn’t be able to have my filling done. So they would just leave my condition to get worse. My gums are also bleeding during the day and my sleep and all I have been given is a mouthwash. I have been at this dentist for over 3 years and I think it is disgusting. They need to do better and should not operate until they have a 4th dentist.

Just joined this dental practice on the recommendation of a friend. Current undergoing root canal treatment with Theo who is lovely, professional and explained everything in detail. Also had a scale and polish with Harsha who was simply amazing. She explained everything in such simple terms and I ended up learning a lot about dental hygiene on my visit and was very happy with how stain free my teeth were by the end. Trishana - Harsha’s assistant was so sweet and lovely. She was on point with the suction during the process so I was relaxed and comfortable. Ladies on reception are just fab too. So polite and helpful. What a great team. And always service with a smile. So glad I joined this practice!

Just Had a wisdom tooth out( not nice ) but my Dentist was very very good really knows his stuff, and is very attentive. Reception staff are all brilliant too, really looked after me today. Sometimes can take awhile too get an apointment here, is the only thing, this is because it’s a very very busy surgery.Thank You All, involved in my treatment today. Jason.

I haven't been to this practice since Mr Green left. What an amazing difference. I was given an appointment the same day. I was seen bang on time and the dentist ( I wish I could put his name) was so lovely, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I am very nervous with any kind of dental treatment - even checkups. Theo is warm, friendly, and excellent at putting me at ease. He was attentive to signs of distress and didn’t invalidate my experience when performing crown preparation. He is a credit to the profession.
