I bought a pizza oven from this company. It arrived quickly, but there was slight damage to the item; this was resolved quickly and efficiently. Great customer service.

matthew is a hero very fast efficient got everything sorted as said and the parts came next day top man deffo will be looking here when time to upgrade customer service impeccable very very grateful for these guys!!!

The staff have gone above and beyond to help me out, I purchased a product, and it needed to have fondant rollers, Katie, and Matthew, were both very helpful, always kept me updated, Today Katie, informed me, that my luck was in, and now my rollers will be delivered next week. Again thank you to all the staff, that helped me with my machine/rollers. Very friendly, helpful staff. ;-)

I have purchased this freezer 3 months time new and faulty had a fault it’s not working past 2 months. I am still waiting for the parts part is coming from China and then nobody helping in this business. The scene is apart from put on tea only but part never arrive don’t buy any products here again

Been waiting over 2 month for a part for a steam oven & still not got it! Was told 3 weeks ago it was coming in that week but still nothing, when I emailed to find out what is happening I was told they can’t remember what I was waiting for & can I explain again! I am at the point now where I am not not going to get this part. First time I’ve used this company & it’s also the last, stay away.

Probably the worst catering company I have dealt with…Nobody answers e mails, customer service doesn’t exist, if you do speak to someone nobody knows what is going on and you are passed around with false intent. I’m left with a recently purchased broken appliance and e catering clearly are not interested.Only today I was promised a call back after finally speaking with someone, no call back received.

I normally do not write adverse reviews but this is the exceptionI purchased a Quattro 50kg potato peeler from them and upgraded my electricity supply to 3 phase accordingly. The potato lasted only a couple of months and started to fall apart. They sent down the parts and expected me to fit them. Obviously it was a job for a technician. I complained and they paid an engineer to carry out the work. This again malfunctioned so they replaced it. This replacement peeler broke down in less time than the last with the internal parts falling apart. Again I complained and they replaced the machine with a smaller peeler 15kg. Guess what? this one also broke down water escaping from all parts of the machine being a hazard to all who tried to use it being connected to electricity. I again rang and complained and have been ignored ever since. The only bright part that Mathew on their staff was a gentleman to deal with. However when he told me the company would do no more I asked him for his Boss to contact me. NO reply since. These Quattro potato peelers are a waste of time so do not waste your money. You will be left like I was with 3 machines that are useless and not fit for purpose.Customer service I am afraid is that you are left high and dry with expensive equipment that will not work. I have bought many things for my business from this company over the years but no more .

Do not use.. ordered products for next day delivery and paid extra.. a week later still nothing to call and find out that apparently the items come from suppliers and the dont have enough of my items in stock... so solution 1 would be to CALL ME AND INFORM ME!!!!absolutely horrified at this company..

I bought 2 gas fryers, but they are the worst, I contacted and asked for help, they said they would request from the manufacturer. After 2 week's my appliance was changed with the right one. Thanks eCatering . Highly recommend

This company is a joke. Whatever I bought was faulty or had some kind of issue. The stainless still sink was rusty literally after 2 days of using it, the milkshake blender was faulty, a replacement had been sent and that one was faulty too. I bought a pie warmer, the glass door got broken and they sent the replacement twice and twice wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. I won't get in touch to discuss it because everything takes ages and you deserve to fail.
