If I could give 0 stars I would. They are arrogant, extremely unprofessional, rude and they swear at and threatened me whilst on my own as a vulnerable young pregnant woman! AVOID at all costs.

Asked Jay to give me a quote on some work on a house in Northampton, he said he'd pop by my office to collect the key from me today (as it is rented out)... 5pm and still no word from him, so I called him to see when he was stopping by to which he replied to be honest
