I was really grateful that ARG were able to squeeze me in on the morning that I called. They were really helpful, and managed to fit round my other plans so that I wasn't left in limbo with a broken machine over the weekend. Nothing could be done to save my dishwasher, but luckily in this situation they don't charge the whole fee which was amazing. I'm sure I will be calling again some day!

We had a 9 year old dishwasher with a multitude of problems. ARG fixed them all, were very honest about what to buy once the machine finally gave up the ghost and went the extra mile (and some) to fix a problem which turned out to be far larger than we originally thought. Highly recommended.

What fantastic service and such lovely people! My washing machine door seal broke and the damn thing flooded all over my kitchen floor (top floor in a block of flats), but the team at Arg were able to accommodate me and find a solution super quickly! As a super fussy individual when it comes to service I would 110% recommend this company to all of my friends and family! :) Thank you!

I have used this company two times now and they are fantastic. I have experienced the highest level of efficiency and they do exactly what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Great husband and wife team. Reasonable charges, no overselling, no inventing jobs that doesn't need doing as I had a couple of those by others. Honest charges, on all 3 occasions for parts and labour over last few years. Would definitely recommend.

I have used this company three times now and the expertise and service has been top rate. Their first option is usually always to save you money and offer excellent advice. For example my double oven was tripping the fuse but they managed to fix the power blocks at a low cost and it's been fine ever since.

Trustworthy reliable and local . Prompt service , knowledgable and honest. I've had both my old d/washer and w/machine a few times recently requiring attention. Richard had worked in the industry for many years fixing all major brands of white goods. What he doesn't know about appliances I'd imagine would fit on a grain of rice. He can source most major brand parts for next day , some will come from the country of origin so of course there will be a wait.Would recommend Richard and Linda to anyone . They like my noisy dogs too! Bonus!
