It was an extremely hot day and the car had no air condition. Plus I am pregnant so my body temperature is already high. Driver said there is no air condition in the car and was rude too.

Tony was lovely, we had a lovely chat during the journey from my parents to Central Station. Arrived promptly and got me to my train early following another cab firm letting me down. Will definitely be a loyal customer for all of my journeys moving forward (no pun intended).
