My parents had visited the practice and during their appointment were told by Dr Kooner to pay the dental fees into his/her personal bank account, which my parents did as requested.Over a year on, they were told by the reception desk that they still owe money and have no record of payment, despite my parents having a bank transfer confirmation record on their statement, in addition to Verification of Payee details to confirm it was Dr Kooner’s bank account.

Dr Rayit is probably the best dentist I have ever had. He is very accomodating, compassionate and welcoming. He is very honest and very thorough. Even though I am petrified of any dental work. Whenever I do need anything, he is very reassuring. After having wisdom tooth pain, he always acts very fast despite being extremely busy! Thankyou so so so much!
