Worst ever staff and management. They don’t even open self checkouts on card side,even there is big line for payments. Most of the people use card payments for quick and leave for their work. Said to the manager and supervisor many times about this and they behave recklessly. People who shopping this better go to the lidl or home bargains for fast checkouts

Aldi hounslow, i bought a sandwich on 14/10/2023 but that sandwich expired on 12/10/2023, after i have eaten i got painting and gone sick, when i checked pack it was expired 2 days ago and that sandwich was selction of prawn, chicken, back. how come store not checking and selling expired food. its very bad store people need to wake up.

I make a big shopping every week here, but today what I experienced was actually crazy, this lady who was at the till treated me with rudeness and unkind, I was trying my best to be nice to her but she was giving so much attitude, she told me she doesn’t have no patience at all, I mean who says that especially when your working in customer service. But luckily the manager was nice and apologised to me.

This must be the worst Aldi in the country, and it's all down to very bad management. I visit a few Aldis, but this one stands out, really. A total mess, no matter what time of the day you go, especially the middle aisles. Feels like a bomb dropped. But what really makes it deserve 1 star is the payment process. The self-tills are often closed, with 1 or 2 (if you're lucky) cashiers open. The staff work very hard, and they're all going above and beyond if you need their help, but it's the organization, which is down to management, that is awful. Best to avoid, honestly.

Best place for everyday groceries and prices are very cheap as well compared to others. It’s a supermarket chain selling a range of groceries and produce as well as deals on garden and home wares, electronics, DIY, toys and sports at discount prices in-store. A good quality selection of fresh food especially the meat! There are special offers on Saturday & Sunday too. A must visit place for everyone

It is very convenient store, not too big not too small. The staff is very polite and helpful but sadly the costumers keep bumping into you without saying sorry, touching the fruit and vegetables(and most of other items,eggs included) for good while choosing, better if you go early in the morning when they just open before this crowd arrives. Hats off to the staff for having to deal with this sort of costumers on daily basis, I wouldn't have that patience.

Good product range, but service is much better at Lidl. Staff at Aldi are very rude. Especially Today. Friday 20th October 2023 it was around 3pm, there was a lady on the self checkout who was shouting at customers. She also shouted at me when I asked her for a bag. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. She was dark, and had curly hair. Never seen behaviour like that in London supermarkets

As expected of any other aldi I have been to. Its Clean, well stocked and competitively priced.Only negative is the car park capacity is low. Do not go on a weekend. Its a fight to find a space, and when you find someone leaving there's already 2 other people double parked waiting to pounce.

I don't know why, that people are angry, but this is comfortable shop, staff 4/5 because there is one maybe Albanian guy very hard. But I didn't see him long time, maybe he has been dismissed. Some times, tills working slowly. In generally is very good place

The self-service queue was so long as they only had 3 self checkout open. When their staff some managers walk around they opened all the other checkouts. So poor.
