Beautiful studio apartment, with everything you need. Full cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent shower and comfy beds. Only problem was two green lights in room on ceiling. Very bright and added to street lights and no means of blocking them out it was very light in the room all night. Didn't see the owner so felt quite impersonal.

Lovely room, fresh decor, clean and comfortable. We were in room 4, which had a tower, with beautiful window with seats and table.Great big sitting room for guests with wood burning stove and honour barExcellent cooked breakfast.The outside of the building looks like it's currently being upgraded, but the inside is immaculate. Would definitely stay here again. Also very dog friendly

Absolutely loved our short stay. We were made to feel so welcome when we arrived and our room was excellent.Hillary even provided us with sellotape to wrap our niece’s gift, and took the time to drop us up the road instead of getting a taxi.In the morning we had a full Scottish breakfast which was superb.Definitely recommend to stay here.

Lovely apartments in a nice location. They have parking, so it's easy to go around with the car. The owner is super nice, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in lots of accommodation over the years but this one would be really hard to beat. 10 of us were staying for the weekend of my son's wedding at Cardney Estate. Every room was spotless and freshly decorated. The younger ones stayed in the self-catering apartment, which they loved, as it had a studio feel and was located in the pretty courtyard. The breakfast menu wouldn't have looked out of place in a top class restaurant. All beautifully made from fresh, delicious, quality produce. Service was impeccable and the waitress was happy, efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Hilary helped us out with phone numbers and recommendations for places to eat. Set only a short walk from Dunkeld, a beautiful area that we wished we had more time to explore. An absolute gem of a find. Thanks for everything. We'll definitely be back.

An awesome location close to many different attractions yet a still quiet location. Just lovely. Very handy to have a small kitchette in room 6. I would stay here again. The only thing I would recommend to the owners is to upgrade the beds they were OK.

Fabulous location especially if you have dogs. Fantastic walk straight from door under A9 and up the Glen. Can go for miles. Lots to see in Birnam and Dunkeld. Plenty eateries, pubs, cafes etc. I booked The Wee Room. For 1 person. It's compact but everything is there and I stayed with my 3 dogs. I will certainly be back for a longer stay so I can explore all these walks and will bring a map next time.

Newly refurbished, immaculate, lots of light and space. Had a well designed kitchenette with space to eat plus and an ensuite bathroom. Calm, tasteful decor. Hilary, the owner gives a warm welcome and as a local, she knows the area like the back of her hand and give you lots of ideas for things to do. The best place that I've stayed over the last year. ❤️
