Two of us had burgers.Mine was cooked ok, my wife's was pink in the middle and looked undercooked.Both tasted a little bland.Very unusual for this chain.Complacent? Maybe it's time to try another.As requested, I have contacted Five Guys and await a response.I supplied Five Guys with my phone number to allow them to discuss my issues.They sent me another email asking for my receipt, photo of the food and exact time? Are they serious? I'm not in the habit of taking photos of my food or keeping receipts.All in all, the burger was not up to scratch and I was thinking of trying another place to eat.Following the terrible follow up from Five Guys I will definitely be trying another place to eat.I was offering constructive criticism.The company seems to have lost its way.

Something has been consistently wrong with the chips. Soggy, under fried and not as tasty as they tend to be in five guys all around.Burger delicious as usual

The only feedback I can give is to change one of your managers, a white guy with a beard wearing a black uniform(he was present this morning), he is very rude and impolite! He should be educated or fired from his position. He's even rude with the delivery riders.He seems to be racist as he was despising one of the food delivery riders who does not speak very well English!I won't spend even 1£ in your shops anymore after being a regular customer for a long time.I do not recommend it to anyone, especially the Islington branch.

The worst 5 Guys I’ve ever had. Soggy buns, gross yellow tomatoes, grilled onions were not properly grilled so they just tasted raw. The cheese inside the cheeseburger didn’t fully melt and somehow the buns also felt very cold like they were not properly defrosted. The cashier didn’t ask if I want Cajun/spicy fries and I forgot to ask for it so they gave me regular fries which looked like they went cold and were refried, mostly burnt.

I want to say thanks to David the manager of Five Guys, Islington. He was very patient and understanding plus very kind, when he didn't have to be. He listened to my complaint without judgement and I'm very grateful. The food was an added bonus.

Clean place with quick service, delicious big burgers, generous portion of chips.Free peanuts in the middle. Drinks are expensive, milkshakes was good.

I really quite enjoyed this establishment. The menu design was lovely, it was simple as not too many items on there so you don’t waste time choosing and the staff were friendly. My one little quarrel is the fact that it was a tad bit cramped in the part where we sat, it wasn’t an issue as such it just felt odd because we were right next to the bar. The food though was absolutely amazing, well priced for London and taste was irresistible, I am normally a slow eater but demolished it.

Had a great thick milkshake here on a hot sultry day. Fairly small selection of flavors but exactly what was needed to cool down. Why no lime or coffee flavor? Friendly staff and quick service.

Just had a fantastic visit here, when I came last the music was dreadful and this time it was James brown, so massive improvements in that area. Food was delicious, staff very friendly as always. Couldn't recommend more !
