Great gym, lovely staff. Perfect for all ages, I started taking my 6 year old and I also train in the adults class. Welcoming atmosphere and good, clean facilities. Highly recommended

My 14 year old son and myself have been going to Thai Boxing classes in Stroud Martial Art (Brimscomb and Thrupp leisure centre) for more than three years. I need to say we have the best coach in the whole Stroud and Stonehouse area! My son has got a lot of confidence and strength since he joined Mathilde Louden’s classes. He even went to his first competition last year! She has always been very patient, attentive and has a fantastic professional approach to all the members regardless of their age. We couldn’t wish for better person as a coach. I highly recommend Mathilde Louden’s Thai Boxing classes to all the children and adults in our area.
