Have visited here before it’s a nice little coffee shop and the food on previous occasions has been quite nice. Very disappointed yesterday however, the staff weren’t particularly friendly and the food was bland and tasteless. The cappuccino tasted like warm milk, definitely not worth the money.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hot Gossip in Treorchy and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.The decor was tastefully done with a cozy vibe, and the lighting was just perfect for creating a relaxed and comfortable ambiance. The music playing in the background was upbeat and added to the overall positive vibe of the place.Unfortunately on this occasion I didn't try the food, however, the menu had a great variety of options and the prices were very reasonable. I had a cappuccino which tasted lovely and was nice and hot.But what really sets Hot Gossip apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly.Overall, I highly recommend Hot Gossip in Treorchy. It's a fantastic place to grab a drink, catch up with friends, or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The coffee is great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are amazing. What more could you ask for?

Bit of a frosty reception from some members of staff, me and a friend were waiting to be seated (as it states please wait to be seated at the front of the cafe) several members of staff saw us and ignored us, we eventually sat ourselves down. As i thought a member of staff was approaching us to be seated he basically ignored us and ushered us out of the way. The lady who took our order was quite rude and made it feel like we was an inconvenience whilst taking our food order. We was waiting to be served as she stood having a chat! Service with a smile needs to be taught here! Although I must say a different male member of staff was brilliant, couldn’t do enough for us. Quite a shame as the cafe itself is decorated beautifully and has a nice cosy feel and the food was absolutely gorgeous.x

Got seated quickly and good service. I got the ham and cheese panini and the ham was better than I thought it would be although the bread does have sesame seeds. The cakes are pretty good and comes with pouring cream. The main issue I had was cleanliness

lovely place for cafe food, Good variety of food on the menu. Amazing and helpful staff as always! Ordered a BLT and the special chicken+bacon Caesar salad. Only down side they dont take card.

Lovely little coffee shop found in Treorchy. The staff were very friendly and the food was okay. Atmosphere of the shop was nice.They also offer coconut milk as an alternative to cows milk for your coffee, although this costs an extra 30p.I've taken a star off as it can be quite pricey and that they don't accept card (at least they didn't when we were there).
