This place is mega nice and cozy, and the staff are really friendly, if you bring your own thermos they can make the coffee in it for you!

Glad it’s back! Stratford is better for it! Just wish they would stock more sandwiches as whenever we go in the seem to have little to no stock on the shelves and have to find someone and ask them to make more and wait for it to be made, which isn’t great on a lunch break

Must say for a professional outfit I was seriously disappointed with the whole thing, staff bit disjointed but coping, coffee not terrible but not great but the toilets were disgusting, you could smell them before you found them, opening the door it hit you like a ton of bricks, filthy floors and toilets, absolutely no pride in this area.! Clean toilets are the basics of a clean premises and the foundation of a good business, definitely not going back there !!!.

I go to Pret everyday and today I was sitting close to the kitchen and the staff was playing really loud music, different from the shop background music, I asked them politely to turn it a bit down as it was very disturbing, they didn't and it was REALLY LOUD, every time they opened the door all the costumers had to look at the kitchen door because I suppose the staff was having a disco party at 10 am in the morning inside of the kitchen. So because of the rudeness and not very professional behaviour I wish I could give them 0 stars. I am not coming back.

Great Pret in Stratford. Very friendly staff, good choice of freshly prepared food options for vegetarian and vegan. This is also one of the largest Pret cafes I have seen outside of London, loads of seating, most very accessible for wheelchair users and parents with pushchair requirements. They also offer free filtered water at the coffee pick up! Super. :)
