Saffron Taxi Van

We used Saffron Taxi Van for the first time yesterday to have a sofa picked up and delivered to us and were really impressed with the service. The lady I spoke to get the quote was very quick to get back to me and both ladies I spoke to were very friendly. The delivery drivers kept us informed when they were on their way to pick up and were really friendly and helpful when they arrived to us with the sofa. They even carried the sofa to the top floor of our 3 storey house which i wasnt sure if they would do. We will definitely be using them again!

Had such an amazing experience with these guys yesterday. It was a very emotional day and they were not only professional but extremely kind . I had totally underestimated the hassle of moving all my big heavy pieces and they went above and beyond to make sure it all got done and made changes to their schedule to help me out . Cannot recommend them enough . Best bunch of people !

What a great experience. From the start lovely lady in the office very helpful and friendly. Two man team were very efficient dismantling a large sleigh bed . Very professional, friendly and efficient. Will definitely use in the future, highly recommended

David and Amanda and their team were excellent and supportive during our recent move.We first asked them to do our removals in Dec 22 but the house move was unfortunately delayed.They remained flexible and were reassuring throughout the 7 months of waiting.With only 10 days notice on our move, they immediately supported us and were able to plan our removals at very short notice.They were extremely reliable and timely.Their team were an absolute pleasure, Jase, Lewis, Jo, Barry and Ben were all extremely polite and patient in order to meet our needs. Highly professional and discreet, no request was ever too much trouble for them.I would highly recommend their services to anyone. We used Saffron Taxi Van for a house move just before Christmas from Saffron Walden to Ely. It was a late booking as we didn't exchange contracts until the day before the move but they were great in fitting us in. For the move we had the Guvnor" and Tony. They were both excellent

Very competitive price, were responsive, professional, friendly, and kept us updated throughout, and were very supportive during our house move.The team work so hard and clearly take great pride in their work. Special mention to Jo and Ben and the rest of the team on the day who went above and beyond. And to Amanda for organising. Very deserving of their Move Assured accreditation and their waste disposal/house clearance service sets them well above the rest. Highly recommended.
