Looked for a more local groomer for our large white Golden Retriever, who can be nervous and bark a lot when left. Sam was very reassuring and listened to my requirements and also offered some suggestions which I agreed to. Pleased I did, as he looked wonderful when collected, and he knew it !! Will definitely book again when required. Thank you.

We were recommended to bring our puppy here and very glad we did! A last minute cancellation on two days before Christmas for our puppies first groom. He looked great and was very relaxed. All the ladies are lovely and Henry clearly loved them all. He will be back for his regular pampering!

Absolute 5 stars for Collar and Comb! Sam is absolutely amazing and is brilliant at what she does. She has a real passion for her 4 legged friends and they absolutely adore her. My little pup will now not walk past her shop without going in to say hi. She provides an excellent grooming service and is just amazing at what she does. HIGHLY recommend!

Really disappoint with our visit here, very overpriced and my dog came away with a cut on his nose that we were never informed about. When we questioned it we recieved no apology just told it was a student doing the groom. Wouldn’t recommend.

Tried Collar and Comb after a recommendation and they definitely didn’t disappoint! We took our 4 month old puppy for a tidy up and he came out looking and smelling the best he’s ever been! It’s a lovely, open, and relaxed environment with space for the dogs to chill while they wait to be collected and exactly what I wanted from a dog groomers. Sam and her team are lovely and made our pup feel immediately at ease with lots of cuddles. We’ve already arranged our next booking!

First time using Collar and Comb and I was very impressed! Full groom only took 90 mins, and my dog is fluffier and softer than when we send him to Pets at Home. Being our first time, we got a very nice discount. Full price works out to about £75 vs £55 ish at Pets at Home. I'll definitely keep using Collar and Comb if I can get the groom for about the same price at Pets at Home as I think they did a much better job.

It was my dog’s first groom with Collar and Comb today having come recommended from her previous groomer who is on maternity leave. She loved it and came out looking beautiful and smelling divine! Sam was lovely and looked after her really well and I felt really comfortable leaving her there for her treatment, even though my dog is quite shy. We’ve already made our next appointment so will most definitely be going back!
