Contacted solicitors nigh on a month ago and spoke to Jane Hodge. Understood exactly what was needed and I emailed requested documentation straight over. Delivered a hard copy of the documentation by hand two days later. Since that time and despite numerous phone calls and emails, we have heard nothing and this matter is extremely urgent as my mother is gravely ill. Appalling service.

Queried some itemisation on an invoice - itemisation of charges for emails, calls, meeting preparation that did not appear relevant. Chased for response received none other than a demand for ‘payment or else’.....Not ideal from a solicitors, poor communication paid bill won’t be using again....
