James was brilliant when I lost my office keys recently, he came over straight away and sorted out the problem, efficiently and tidily. Very reasonable price too, he didn't overcharge just because it was an emergency. He carried tons of equipment and is totally knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Was recommended to contact James re a faulty lock. James established what was wrong, or in my case explained why my lock wasn’t faulty and was in fact a safety element of the lock. Great advice and understood my anxious state. Definitely knows his stuff about locks. 5 stars worthy!!!
