Staff helpful, big store & convenient location.

Super friendly staff, very helpful, nice layout , parking all down the high street or 5 minute walk from a number of car parks around Newport.

The Young lad could not have shown me more patience, I am 77 and not very phone savvy, he was so polite,friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience bearable.

Yesterday one of your staff members was fantastic. We had to close the account of recently deceased family member and it was done perfectly and with great sympathy. Many thanks to the shop assistant.

Unlike their telephone colleagues, these guys are FANTASTIC!! Really helpful and go above and beyond. Special thanks to Kev for sorting out the copious issues I was having with customer services. He deserves a little gold medal and a pay rise! Thank you to all for your patience and resilience in this matter. Lesson learned, always go to the shop rather than order online.

We went in today to buy a new phone and were truly surprised and delighted at the level of service. Everyone on the team was good humoured and Dani in particular went above and beyond to recommend a phone and then deal with the transfer of data etc. Many thanks Dani, especially as we now know you missed lunch!!

Cannot advise enough, went in with my Nan as she needed a new phone and to change contracts, we were served by someone called fiona and she was so lovely and helpful. Couldn’t thank her enough.
