Queensdown Boarding Kennels

What a fantastic kennels this is. Our choc Lab usually hates kennels but he literally runs in the gates at Queensdown. He’s so happy to be there.Also he and his bedding come out as fresh as they went in. We are so impressed with the way the owners care for our baby boy and he is certainly happy to be there.This is a totally different experience from the last kennels he was in.We and our Baloo bear would thoroughly recommend them.

Ollie and his team are the only ones we trust with our fur babies, his facility is fantastic and exceeds expectations.His knowledge and understanding of animals is extremely impressive, he is able to read each guest, catering for their individual needs.You will be at ease with the knowledge that they will be cared for in a professional and loving manner, with the aim to make yours and your loved ones experience a pleasant one.Leaving your loved pet, is something we as a family find very hard, however knowing they will be safe and loved while your away brings comfort.In summary I would not hesitate in highly recommending Ollie and Queensdown Kennels, five stars from us.

Our Labrador has stayed at Queensdown Kennels 3 times. Olly and our dog Graham bonded straight away and now greet each other like old pals, which is extremely reassuring. Olly is always professional and friendly as are his staff and mum. My family and I are always sad to leave our dog but reassured knowing he is now left at Queensdown where we know he is looked after and happy. I would recommend the business to anyone living in East Kent.

Willow our 1yr old Labrador has just spent a week at this amazing kennel. Ollie and his team are truly fantastic and are only a phone call away with updates. Facilities are always extremely clean and Willow loves the paddock area. We would recommend these facilities to anyone who wants their pet to be cared for with love and affection at all times. We have already booked for a 2 week stay in 2024.

We have used these kennels numerous times now and find them to be very friendly and professional. The dogs are their main concern and they will do their best to accommodate any requirements. The kennels are quiet and calm as the owners go to great lengths to ensure that the dogs that stay there are happy, our girl can get a bit anxious with dogs that continually bark, but she loves it there and gets very excited about going back.

Ollie is without doubt the first recommendation for all of my clients within the canine community. His level of care for the environment that his boarders experience is without doubt the most caring and empathetic possible. To ensure his existing clients maintain a peaceful and harmonious stay, he invites all new dogs for a free one night stay to ensure that they will fit in with the kennels. This is most important to Ollie as he wants to ensure that every dog has a wonderful stay, as it is worrying enough for them to be without their owners. We always use Queensdown Kennels when we go away because Ollie and his team are excellent. Our 2 year old is always happy to stay and I know he is in safe hands. The facilities are kept to a very high standard and Ollie has a fantastic understanding of dogs. I would highly recommend Queensdown.
