Great service from Craig over the weekend. Had multiple keys cut, threw one in for free due to how many we were buying. Then when I had to return the next day due to two keys being stiff in the lock, replaced with 2 new keys, but also fixed the original two leaving me with 4. Great customer service.

Only place I will go if I need things fixing. The lovely gent who usually works Thursdays has been super helpful in trying to fix a broken popper on a new jacket.He has gone above and beyond and I can't thank him enough!Had shoes re soled, curtains dry cleaned, buttons fixed and always done with great quality, brilliant customer service and in great time.

Amazing service on 28/08/23 in the Timpsons, Asda Wigan. Kindly, the gentleman went out of his way to try and cut a difficult padlock key, it worked. Perfect service. Thank you so much.Customer for life now.
