Brunswick Letting is a reliable and efficient letting agent company who take on board their customers needs and requirements in regards to finding a property. Their professionalism and attention to detail is very rare and all the staff are extremely helpful. I must stress their aftercare customer service ( once you have moved in)is very good in regards to repairs or any issues that may arise, and the properties have always been well maintained. I would highly recommend you use Brunswick Letting if you are searching for a property.

I was a tenant with Brunswick for about 3 years and I couldn't recommend them any higher! Whenever I raised a maintenance issue, the Brunswick team raised it with my Landlord the next working day and kept me up to date with every stage of organising any repair work. By far the best Letting Agents I have ever been with. They are reliable and understand every requirement needed to live peacefully.

Richard Cowan was very unfair with the deposit amount being returned. Wouldn’t recommend these agents as they don’t treat you fairly. Deduction for a professional cleaner even though this should be standard in between tenants. I believe this was out of spite due to leaving so soon, as we left the place in excellent condition. Clearly being picky for the sake of it!

I would highly recommend renting from Brunswick. Staff are always contactable over the phone, any maintenance issues are dealt with easily and very quickly. The property I rented was beautiful and was sorry to have to leave it. Everything was very open and dealt with professionally.

Fantastic! I would rent with Brunswick again - property was well looked after, timely response, lovely team. I would only use Brunswick again after such a positive experience with them! I doubt another agency could be so personable and great. They dealt with any problems straight away and couldn't be faulted.

I rented with Brunswick for over 3.5 years until I needed to relocate to a different city for work. The flat was lovely and they were always professional, friendly and helpful whenever I contacted them. Any issues I raised during the tenancy (e.g. when the boiler broke) were always dealt with quickly and efficiently and the contractors they sent out to do this work were also professional and did a good job. Definitely recommend Brunswick as a tenant - they're the best agency I've rented with to date.
