Good drive thru service. Staff were nice and food was quite quick for McDonalds standards… also hot as expected! Good capacity car park means being ‘parked up’ isn’t a hassle

My 3 year old child could of made a better burger then this, get the burger flipper off, should be religated to French fries only surely you couldn't mess that up cant believe the greasy burgers your serving to customers. Mcdonalds burger flipper on 15/4/23 at approx 23:30 you should be thoroughly ashamed of yourself take pride in your work customers keep you in a job. I brought it back and the lady just thought it was funny. Embarrassing that you can't even make a burger with proper ingredients.

I ordered 7 items for almost £20 to be delivered to my house. When I got the order it was only 4 of them. When I called the store ,they tried to pass me to the delivery company and when they couldn’t, they said I have to go there to get the missing items. Although I paid for delivery.This store’s staff are useless and they even can’t do their jobs. The customer service is awful.Better to not order from there as it seems they can’t even make sure they sent out the order properly.

Ordered only a happy meal, milkshake and muffin. Took forever and also arrived satisfactory. Food was cold and milkshake was…. Empty? Did I order a small? Pretty sure I paid for a regular. Hate that they can get away with this. (Via Uber Eats.)

The amount of times that we have ordered through the app and items have been missing upon receiving our order is a joke! I have driven home to find items missing for the last time, so I recently drove back and wasted petrol just to let them know about this regularly occurring “mistake” and also to get my damn apple pie. It’s a good thing that the woman I spoke to was empathetic and apologised. If it’s not this then the food is often luke warm which is also unacceptable. Sort it out!

horrible experience every time i come to this maccys. Ordered 2 fillet meals - was told to wait in car park as they were makin fresh fries. Was waiting almost 25/30mins to a point i was about go back to the drive thru - only to see my food coming out with the bag open WHILST ITS POURING DOWN with rain that just peed me off. Furthermore when i got home which is a 3 min drive - only to find fries were not fresh at all infact couple were soggy probs cause of the rain - and the rest were just cold little cardboard sticks absolutely shocking considering how long i waited. One of the fillets looked ill with little spots on the bun never seen this before and was cold. Not the first time. NEVER going to this one again.

Ordered on the app and expected everything in my order to be in the paper bag they gave me when at the click and serve but they missed 1 item off my order. Called up after i left as this is when i realised something was missing and they offered me a free meal, that's great but it still means I'm down by a mayo chicken (£1.29). I was in a load of traffic and was not bothered to go all the way back to mcdonalds and through that traffic again for a mayo chicken. So that free meal is really a free 2/3 meal seeming as I haven't got that burger and I'm having to pay a bit off that meal with the burger I've lost out on. Not happy at all.

Standard McDonald's. Visited at 10 am on a Thursday. It was very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces. There is a drive thru and click and collect bays. The toilets were clean, as was the dining area. There is a 90 mins max time for parking.
