Really tasty food. Such great steak has such reasonable prices. I loved it here! I forgot to take a picture of my steak because I ate it so quickly!

It was okay! We ate on 23rd September as a table of 4, drinks were excellent, but service was rather hit and miss.The burgers were overcooked, dry and tasteless and the Steak did not come with the triple cooked beef dripping chips as advertised - just McDonalds like fries that were more than underwhelming.No check back received at all - either with the Starters or Main meals. We had to repeatedly ask for additional drinks and waited 25+ Minutes to receive the bill.Being the only ones in the restaurant at the time we could repeatedly hear the chef shouting 'service', only for team members to be more interested in having a chat whilst sat down. On more than 1 occasion the barman had to get someone to collect our food.Whilst the quality of all drinks was great, the overall service and quality of the meals was really disappointing. Furthermore, menus outside the restaurant and in Premier Inn rooms are inaccurate, with wrong pricing and different menu items - I was told this was because the menu had just changed but to have an old menu in the display board prior to entering the restaurant is not acceptable.

Really nice lunch menu! Food is fine but it seems to be a lottery wether you are gonna be served or no. Today we’ve been told at the entrance that they serve only people from the hotel as they have one person at the kitchen. No signs of that from the outside, so we parked the car but obviously there was no point to spend time and pay for the parking. Because of the poor English the person who explained it sounded really rude.

2 visit this time for dinner with friends, the 14oz ribeye medium rare was beautiful and my 9 companions thoroughly enjoyed their choices as well. Well worth a visit.

The menu has a selection of great starters and mains. We really enjoyed the mac and cheese balls and the calamari. The steak was also cooked to our standard and service was friendly and attentive.

This a lovely evening at a trendy chain of restaurants by Premier Inn. The food was lovely and well presented. We tried a starter, two beef dishes and a pair of desserts (we were hungry!) All were cooked to perfection except the apple crumble which didn't have a toasted topping. The Gin-Prosecco were nice but not special. Our waiter was very nice but when he was busy serving another table no-one covered for him. I assume it's early days as the restaurant just opened.

Had steak a couple of time.First time, was juicy and soft. Second time I had to cut the steak my self and it felt also less soft, although I did order the same type of steak. But I guess happens, and depends by the quality and animalWhat I didn’t like at all is that every time the stesk wasn’t served bot, it was slightly warm and gets cold quickly. I think before serving they don’t try to keep the steak hot while resting.A big no for me, ruins the whole experience. And is not a cheap steakFries and sauces were good

Decent steak that’s good value for money. Service is slow considering there aren’t very many people in the restaurant and our bill took forever! Red wine sauce was tasty. Chips were hard despite being cooked more than once.

Good vegan options. Dinner has smallish portions. Great staff. Very handy if you're staying at the Premier Inn. The breakfast was AMAZING! The staff are so good. So kind and helpful. I would recommend the breakfast for sure.Great value too.
