I had two black jeans that needed zipper replacement.Dee did a very good job, always polite and reachable through text message.She used good quality zippers and you can't even notice that they were replaced.I'll definitely go back if I need any other alteration done.

Highly recommend Dee, she helped me with a custom design for my 25th. I thought I needed to bring a sample dress in for the pattern but it was clear that all she needed was a design or photo. She's skilled at cutting out patterns and knows what is needed for a design etc. She's also very approachable and listens to her customers. Her prices are very reasonable as well. 10/10 would use her service again. Very happy with my dress! ☺️

Item wasn’t completed on time and pickup repeatedly delayed over a week. Item was finished incredibly poorly with mismatching zip, wrong sizings all over, seams visible. When I took it back to her to fix she argued with me. I don’t expect a fight if I’m unhappy with a product. She did however redo it just on time for my event, but the hassle involved means I won’t be using her services again. I paid £33 for top and skirt alteration which I think warrants a more professional service.I also note she cut my item’s original zip initially as it wouldn’t undo, so it would need replacing, but I don’t actually think it was broken, just stiff.

Excellent service and spot on tailoring at such a reasonable rate. Came all the way from Basingstoke and will definitely be using her again.
