We were impressed with the Cheltenham Branch Peter was extremely polite efficient and not a Pushy salesman.Everything went as planned our suite arrived no problems.Delivery guy was polite and efficient and extremely careful bringing the suite in.Nothing negative to say at all well done 2 Happy Customers Here.

Very poor how they set the payment plan up every time the price was agreed no one could remember they also made it a very long and difficult process. All the staff who I was speaking to all was working out the price and all come to different conclusions I really like my sofa but it was a horrendous experience and I WOULD NOT USE SCS AGAIN!!!

Initial experience was good with friendly sales staff and good value. Unfortunately after a litany of post-sales issues we still don't have carpet, and the multiple complaints we've raised have not been responded to. Once they have your money you aren't getting any service from them!Cheltenham store ignore complaints and requests for updates, have escalated to their main customer service department but still got nothing other than assurances someone will be in touch"

Salesman not pushy. Very helpful. Got a new sofa coming in the new year. Carpet for bedroom very soon. For 5 stars it shouldn't cost 100 pounds for delivery.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our sofa and chair fro SCS in Cheltenham. Service was friendly and not pushy. The sales assistant could not have been more helpful and delivery was very prompt.I certainly would recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Awful. Avoid. Communications after order is dreadful. Changed our carpet design but never confirmed the full breakdown and update of the new cost causing issues with the carpet fitter who are self employed contractors.

Had problem with suite,went into cheltenham shop,john the manager sorted the problem with in ten mins..the staff...mat,simon and ollie are great too...all very helpfull and polite...

Would recommend ScS. Mathue who helped us was brilliant. Because of my needs it was very difficult to find a suitable sofa. Alot of them were too soft and I couldn't get off of them. There is a lovely selection and it is good quality. Anyone else would've been stuck for choice. I'd nearly given up when Mathue found us the perfect sofa. We also got a very good price for it. All in all it was a very good experience.

We had a mess up with the fitting. Just a mistake. Wasn't hugely bothered as the man who fitted got it sorted. The problem I had was with the company directly. After our carpet was re-ordered we had no communication from the company to say there was any delays or problems. We were told that we had been put on priority. Heard nothing for over 3 weeks, called up to find out what was going on. I was told by the lady on the phone that she'll have to speakto a manager and I'd get a call back in the week. Over a week goes by and still no call back. Called them back up to again find out what's supposed to be going on. Was told my carpets were due into the store on the Tuesday two days later. Tuesday goes by. No call again. No communication. Call them back up to chase them up again. Finally get somewhere. My daughter's bedroom at this point had no carpet for about 6 weeks. Bearing in mind that the carpet from order originally took 2 weeks and then we were supposedly on a priority for the re order. No customer service, very little help from there staff. Shambolic is probably the word to use here.

2 stars one for delivery people who was brilliant they went above and beyond to get us a loan sofa as SCS decided not to tell us that our sofa wasnt actually being delivered like the emails stated so they could only delivery our arm chair. The customer service is awful. 4 delivery dates and still no sofa and they dont even bother to let us know it actually isnt being delivered so having to take time off work for no reason. Now they dont even know where our sofa is. We was might to have our sofa end of august still havent got it now its November. Our sofa is apparently lost and they dont know where. Never using scs again!!! Communication is disgusting!!!.
