Took my BMW Z4 for an investigation into why the On Board Computer wasn't working. Chris and his brother John were extremely helpful in fitting me in and their diagnostic kit found the problem inno time. They also dropped me at a local Costa while the work was done. Not your glitzy main dealer scene but good mechanical know how and service

WOW!!! Lost for words really????So...my pride & joy BROKE DOWN.I phoned 8 garages that day. ALL 'too busy'. I was royally screwed.& YES, i cried(we all been there)What John & Chris at Waterfall did for me, was OVER AND ABOVE what 'help' means. I cant begin to thank them enough.Need help?? Stop looking. Go see the boys at Waterfall.

Can’t fault the guys at Waterfall. Chris and John are fantastic. Knowledgeable, honest and clearly know their stuff. The service I receive at Waterfall is always first class - the guys keep you updated, give you their honest opinion and complete all jobs when they say they will. I’d be reluctant to take my 159 anywhere else now, absolutely first class and highly recommended.

At last found a garage that I can trust.When you have the pleasure of owning an Alfa, it's important to find a garage that understands it to solve the inevitable niggling issue that arrives time to time. Don't expect a spotless workshop, what you get instead someone who lives and breaths his trade, and is honest on what can and can't be done.Finding this garage has made the fun of owning an Alfa realistic.

The most honest and best mechanics I have ever used. Took my car in with an issue, the guys just listened to the engine running and knew a pipe was leaking. Price was amazingly fair also.

All the positive reviews on here are absolutely right. Trusted them with my Alfa and did a great job. Other Alfa enthusiasts use them also. Really welcoming and happy to talk cars. I've been using garages and mechanics for over 40 years so have seen some dodgy ones.....these brothers do not fall into that category. Great service.
