I started working on my pup and 11 year old with Aileen due to changes in behaviours since getting our new puppy. Aileen was so understanding and helped me understand and adapt to situations my dogs were feeling. It really opened my eyes. I was wary about dog training due to some of the cruel methods out there but Aileen is completely against this stuff and I instantly booked up. I’m so glad I did and will never look back. Couldn’t recommend Aileen more!! I had two very unpredictable and anxious dogs which made walking them together a nightmare. What a difference these sessions have made!! I now have two more confident and relaxed dogs that can enjoy running about and playing together in the park around other dogs as well as giving me more confidence to read their body language and techniques to keep their focus on me in different situations. Thoroughly enjoyed our training sessions and wouldn’t hesitate to use in future if we needed any further help.

Aileen has been incredibly helpful in training our Samoyed puppy from first week we had him, which has helped him as much as ourselves!She explains the subject so well and tailors it to our needs - everything was informative, bespoke and very well organised!She’s very passionate about what she does, making sure we get all information needed after the lessons, too.Would be happy to book her training again.

Just completed a series of sessions with Aileen as I have a 2 year old sometimes reactive, sometimes nervy Cockapoo. What a difference to both me and Molly these sessions have made. She's now happily off lead choosing when and how she engages with dogs and I'm a much more relaxed dog owner. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Aileen with any future issues. Lovely calm training sessions, which work well through consistency.

Aileen is an amazing trainer, so knowledgeable & empathetic with your dog. She really helps you to find a positive way forward so that both your dog & you are happy! Would definitely recommend her.

Thank you so much Aileen for all the expertise, help and patience you have shown Neil and I (and by extension our dog Hoggy). We were at the 'end of our tether' with a problem behaviour. You gave us understanding of the behaviour, a variety of ways to manage it and over 4 weeks we have seen enormous improvement. We continue to work on this but the difference is huge. We worked over Zoom with you which worked really well Thank you from Neil, Alison and Hoggy.

We came to a certain point with our lovely puppy and realised we were going to need help with taking her for a walk, as opposed to her taking us for a walk. We asked Aileen for advice on loose lead walking and she has managed to train us to be successful puppy walkers. We feel we understand our dog's body language and triggers better and can use the strategies Aileen taught us to enjoy our outside time together. We've also been able to help our pup to focus on us, even when there are significant distractions. We are still a work in progress, but Aileen has given us confidence as first-time dog owners and investing in training with her has been very worthwhile for us.

Would recommend Aileen 100%, she is all about the whole dog and what they need from us to be as supported and happy as they can be in our world, this is what we were looking for in a trainer. The advice she gave us on boundaries, overwhelming situations /focus and our lead handling was spot on , we also looked at everything from a breed specific point which was what I wanted as sometimes dogs can be labelled as all much the same and this is definitely not true. We have a guardian breed and needed this acknowledged in a positive way in any training , we were so happy that this was the approach Aileen took. We have left with real positive changes in our management , ie , lead/ focus/boundaries. and so much more advice and information that has been a real ongoing support to us, which of course means the most important part is our dog is now getting better guidance from us and therefore he is happier and less frustrated on his day to day walks .
