Having been let down but another company today I found MMW online sent a message with pictures of what I wanted to dispose of & got a price back within 5mins, they came out the same day at the agreed time, I cannot fault the company the guys that came out were friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend this company

Firstly if your looking for a house clearance especially after tenants have left everything behind and in a mess read this review then give Stuart a call, really don't call anyone else!!After a family member was asked to leave a property they had lived in rent free for over 10 years to now sell and fund my mothers health care needs it was heart breaking and disgusting how the house was left and for the first time ever we needed a house clearance team. I made several calls and sent photos to many different companies all telling me it will take days to clear with several skips and quotes from £2000 to £3000 !! Now I do understand that this wasn't going to be cheap but really???Lucky for me I called Stuart and after explaining what was what he told me I must have been getting massive quotes and been told it will take two days to do, ok I think I've just found an honest person / company? He asked me to send as many photos I could and he would call me back and within minutes he did with a quote between £1200 - £1400 which he could confirm when at the property and could do it the next day from 7.30AM, amazing!!So at 7.30 this morning my wife met Stuart and his team to let them in to have a look and he confirmed it would be £1400 and be finished by midday, he even called myself to confirm the cost and then handed my wife the invoice for £1400 of which I did a back transfer of £700 for Stuart to start the job which is fair enough. These guys could not have stopped for a break because just before midday Stuart was sending me photos of an empty house and two fully loaded Luton vans and asking myself if I was happy with what I could see in the photos, forgot to mention these guys had to clear a bathroom and down stairs toilet which was both blocked and overflowing with human waste and the house stinks!!!I was over the moon with the end result and transferred the remaining £700 so Stuart could lock up and pop the spare keys back through the letterbox.Stuart and your team I just want to say a massive thank you for your excellent work to day and for been so honest with your amazing quote. We used this service to clear a garage, the company were prompt and quoted after seeing the contents of the garage. The price was excellent and they worked really hard and cleared everything.This service was much better than hiring a skip as it was quicker and cheaper. Brilliant service.

Stuart is very friendly and quick! Arranged to come on the same day of initial call and collect! Only reason I've docked a star is because I was given a lower quote by whatsapp and on inspection due to weight of certain items was quoted higher for the removal so I initially rejected on the reason of price (as I had other companies who offered to do job cheaper). However, due to another company letting me down the following week, I called Stuart out to collect as I knew they would come same day - they did charge me £30 higher than the previous upwardly revised quote. Wishing I'd got it done on the initial day and not paid a premium but having said that Stuart and his team are reliable and got the job done same day!
