A lovely salesperson by the name of Samuel helped me when I went in looking for pants yesterday.He was super helpful, really cheerful, happy to help and went the extra mile in searching for pants as they did not have stock of what I wanted. He made sure to get them delivered to my house. I received next day delivery even though he said it would take 5 to 10 days to arrive. I am Really very pleased with my experience at mountain warehouse.

Just like to say that of the five outlets my wife and I visited today only the the staff at this establishment made eye contact, welcomed us and asked how to help. We just had to make a purchase after this excellent customer service, which extended to our farewell. Hope your boss reads this.

One of the best places I’ve been to service wise. They had a huge variety of products from gloves, socks to snow boots and coats, and plenty at really great prices.Most of all, at the end of the work day, most would’ve said it’s reasonable to be grumpy/rude/look unhappy. But the gentlemen that served me were helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble.Great prices and service, if anything was out of stock and they had it they’d order it for you and ship to you for free. Very few companies do that in this day and age.Hence, I’d give this store 5 stars for value and customer service for the visit I made on the 25th November at 8pm. I hope someone from management or head office reads this, as cheery, polite retail staff are rare.

Managed to get 2 pairs of shorts for my husband. Who is difficult to please. One pairs they didn't have in his size, but they ordered them and are sending them to our home at no extra cost. Brilliant customer service.
