The staff at the Harwood branch brilliantly progressed a sale at above the asking price to conclusion. I was remote from the property and without a vehicle for a time so they kindly organised regular security visits there until I was mobile again. Great service and professional sales progression.

I have personally used Miller Metcalfe to buy my house originally back in 2015 and then to sell the same house in 2022. The staff at each step were so helpful as they guided me through the stages. Any questions I had or reassurances I need were taken care of and questions quickly answered. If you are considering them as your estate agent I definitely recommend. Danielle who I dealed with directly during the selling process went and above and beyond to ensure the selling of my house went through smoothly. The team are all wonderful and have so much experience.

I don’t wish to pick anyone out specially because the whole team were brilliant, ours was a different sale due to the length of the chain but they kept us informed all the way through the sale and if it wasn’t for the staff constantly checking with the others in the chain we feel it would have taken a lot longer, they also negotiated a better price for us which is brilliant news.Many thanks to all of the Harwood branch you did us proud .Neil Bradshaw.

Mandy and Aimee have been very helpful and professional in managing the sale of our flat in Horwich. The viewings were managed without any input from us and the flat was kept clean and tidy. They remained enthusiastic and supportive throughout. They have helped manage the solicitors to minimise delays. We're due to exchange contracts this week and complete next week. I would definitely recommend Miller Metcalfe.
