Visited Richard and the team on their open day. Their stock levels are outstanding their knowledge is what you expect. We have used them for our boilers and now that their stock is more varied we will buy other things too. Future plans of opening up the centre for training on new technologies is something we very much look forward to.

Shop elsewhere. Bought a thermostat online from one of their websites, despite paying postage didn’t arrive on time. Got run around from Keiran who on several occasions made it my problem to resolve. Kieran promised a call back and never did, leaving me sitting in the cold without heating. I had to get buy replacement and they are refusing to do anything further. Several hundred pounds out of pocket.

Cowboys. Purchased Drayton Heat Switch which doesn't work with Plinth Heaters (Discussed and confirmed with Drayton themselves).This Company has made it exceptionally difficult process and stated they would not accept a return. Issue raised to Citizen Advice and will take further legal action if necessary.Response to the below:I have been specifically told by MWPHS that you would not accept the return. You can't hold me liable for it, Whatever cost is incurred is between MWPHS and Drayton. Not my Business, I just want my money back!Also, It seems you are unwilling to respond to me by email or phone but quick and swift to respond when publicly called out on it.

Received promptly purchase of Pro thermostat, replacement for the (notoriously unreliable) Honeywell original. We have just worked through the excellent video of how to pair the new thermostat with our existing Honeywell wireless relay box. Very clear instructions and easy to pair. Easy to set programmes on the new thermostat too. Perfect service thank you.
