I dealt with a gentleman called Wage. He was very helpful and quickly sorted out my paper work etc. very friendly staff and an efficient service. I would definitely recommend this branch!

Wanted to open a new account for one of my residents but they don't do it in house. You have to do it online or over the phone. My client has a mental disability so it would have been useful to be able to do it in the branch with an adviser to explain the process but I suppose this is the way of the world these days!!

Dear Mr. WageIf i can give 10 stars for Mr. wage, i would never think twice about it. Very helpful, kind and nice person. Trust me, that kind of experience and especially how he's dealing with costumers is amazing, my case was a bit complicated, i was in another bank and they just made it much worse. however, Mr. Wage at that time when he was dealing with me, it was his break and lunch time, but he didn't want to leave me until he finished all the job. Really appreciate all what he has done. Thank you Mr. Wage

I Was transfering huge amount of money my solicitor for a mortgage deposit.The service was excellent and he took extra miles to ensure the security of my account. By making me call the main offices to confirm the accounts details though the details was a March.

I dealt with wage was very professional I came to him on a Monday. He sent the paperwork through to the corporate office to make sure that I was a legit person. I came back the next day to help me with my paperwork. I’ve been enough from England he was able to make it simpler for me to understand, help me with my papers and sent it off.
