TK Maxx

Brand new clothing and household store in Crawley Retail Park in Manor Royal, catering for all age ranges and sizes.Two large floors with lots of products with a stairs and a lift available.Free parking and good disabled access.

TK Maxx has gone up in my opinion in the last 6 months - I always considered it to be a mad collection of random shabby clothes and nik naks plus odd random homeware and childrens toys. But the TKM at Crawley Retail Park has become a frequent haunt now especially after work when it's quiet (4.30 to 5.30) to look at the vast array of clothes, still random some designer. And vast is the word, I frequently go into the changing rooms with 6 -10 items. There is a huge array of shoes of from normal to the bizarre. TKM doesnt hold back on getting a mad collection of stock. Mad = not boring or plain. I always seem to come out with something from homeware to clothes to makeup. Get hold of their loyalty card too. Friendly staff if not many.

Smaller TK Maxx than the one in the town centre, but has a good selection on offer, with items relatively well laid out. kids section not that big, but good kids book section. Clearly marked offer sections. Staff helpful and parking free.

It's a very big store with a massive collection of items. It is still like a jumble sale of slightly organised chaos but when you do find something the price is really good, staff friendly and helpful

We went there today. But unfortunately decent mens clothing was non existent.Absolutely know stock in the way of jumpers and jackets. What little left therewas rubbish. It's really gone down hill. Avoid.

To be clear, this is no reflection on the rest of the colleagues in store, but the rudeness I faced when I was served by someone called 'Declan' was unbelievable. I asked for his help finding something, he said 'cant you see, its pretty obvious' then tutted when I asked again to help and finally, when I approached the till, he stood chatting on a headset leaving one person serving (who was lovely). Disgraceful. I have managed stores for nearly 20 years in various roles, the leadership to allow for this to be standard practise is appalling. TK Maxx...sort yourselves out, or get some leaders in this branch to actually take responsibility and lead, or you will not keep any customers in the long run!

Not a bad store, managed to get some decent Xmas presents BUT beware the limited parking time and lack of toilet. I had to do all my Xmas shopping in 1 day due to having a baby due, spent a long time and fair bit of money here, but needed the loo and was told needed to go elsewhere. Being heavily pregnant and suffering with pelvic girdle pain, having to walk across to Next and up stairs took a long time, extremely uncomfortable, and resulted in receiving a parking charge for going over the time. When phoned the store, as advised they can refute the charge due to being a decent paying customer, the lady on the phone was extremely unhelpful. Will not be shopping here again, so you've lost another customer through the unfair parking situation and lack of toilet. Feel sorry for any disabled people wanting to simply go shopping in this retail park, it should be far more accessible.

Just been served by a blonde girl with a big piercings in her nose,who was so confused at tills telling me she is very weak at maths,5 minutes she couldn't figure out how much cash I've given her,I'm a regular customer and it felt humiliated when she threw reciept on me,I'm gona make sure I will call the store and speak to the manager.Its very bad customer service I've received today.Totally disappointing
