I had a sourdough class as a gift for my birthday and really enjoyed it. Rebecca made sense of the dark magic that is sourdough...proper tasty sourdough that is! I cannot wait for my ' next loaf'! If I can do it anyone can! Thoroughly recommend!

I had a lovely day baking with Rebecca on the Christma Bake course. She was clear, concise & caring. We covered lot's of topics, it was really informative & I came away with so many bakes!The new smaller class size makes for a very friendly atmosphere. I took my Uncle as a Christmas present & he thouroughly enjoyed it.

Rebecca is an inspiration and reignited my passion for baking after a long absence! The sourdough pizza course was superb & the best food course I’ve attended! The course was superbly organised, thoroughly interesting and Rebecca has such a passion for baking & sharing that knowledge with others! I brought Rebecca’s book and can’t put it down! Already this week at home we have baked a sourdough loaf and today I tried the tiramisu cake! Wow! Can’t wait to attend more courses, would highly recommend ⭐️

I recently went on a course with Rebecca;You are in a very safe, incredibly talented, creative and intelligent pair of hands with her. She just totally ‘gets it’ and knows exactly how to pass on her knowledge in the most understanding way. Her patience is outstanding - I needed that (no pun intended) and forever grateful for her top tips and ‘Eureka’ moments. My sourdough had never tasted so good as now! I cannot wait to take my next lesson with her. A fantastic experience!
