The most amazing service. I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they have provided the best care and service. Every appointment is explained ahead of time. After years of being told I should “fix my teeth” from an abusive ex, but never being financially able to do so, the monthly instalments (interest free!) have been a god send. I finally have my confidence back. I’m proud of my new smile to take on my new journey. I cannot thank the staff at Clifton Orthodontics enough in particular Dr. Tonner, amazing man! Joanna, Lisa, Benjamin, all incredibly helpful and genuinely care about the service you receive. I highly recommend them. Much better than these online companies. I would highly recommend Richard and his practice for orthodontic treatment. The whole team are really lovely---friendly and down to earth . Booking each new appointment was always straightforward and if advice was needed in between appointments, this was always available.At 52, I wasn't sure how much my teeth could move and was worried I'd need extractions. I was happy that I didn't need extractions and went for Invisalign aligners. I found the process very easy and the aligners are comfortable to wear and not too intrusive. I am very happy with the results and feel I have a more natural smile without feeling self conscious. It was a good decision to have this done and Richard gives a very accurate forecast of the expected outcome. Thanks to everyone there for a good experience and great results.

Service here is the best. I’m 27 years old, and decided to get braces just over a year ago. They were removed last week and today I got my retainer. Before treatment they were terrible. I opted for the incognito brace on upper teeth and traditional metal braces on my lower. Today I got my plastic retainer to wear. If you’re in Bristol or local and looking to improve your teeth with braces then don’t bother going anywhere else. Richard really knows what he’s doing and him and his assistants really makes you feel at home. They were forgiving and patient with me when I missed appointments and the results I’ve got speak for themselves. I’m very happy I made the choice to get braces, the time I’ve worn them has flown by so quickly, I just wish I went there sooner. Thank you to all member of staff at Clifton Orthodontics, it’s a 5 star from me.

I would highly recommend Clifton Orthodontics to anyone considering treatment. From the start the service has been exceptional - the receptionists were flexible with appointments, the orthodontic nurses and Joanna have always been professional, friendly and considerate. Richard reassured me throughout, he was honest about the expectations of treatment and was genuinely interested in how I was getting on throughout. The premises and facilities are always spotless and give the impression of a high quality service.I couldn't be happier with how my teeth look after just 1 year of treatment!

As an adult with a professional day job, I elected for the Invisalign orthodontic option as it offered me an element of flexibility with it’s discrete look and feel.Richard and his team were fantastic throughout; from consultation and 3D scanning all the way through to treatment completion, their knowledgeable input helped me stay diligent to the orthodontic course and I couldn’t be happier with the end results.My smile now looks and feels so natural. I’m amazed at how two tiny laser cut precision Invisalign retainers worked so well. The fully bonded retainers and additional night retainers given at the end of the treatment course have given me the peace of mind that my smile will stay wonderful for years to come. I would whole heartedly recommend Richard and his team to anyone thinking of Invisalign.

Richard and the whole team have been absolutely incredible throughout my treatment and I could not be happier with the results of having braces! I honestly didn't think anything would work to fix my teeth but right from the very first consultation, Richard and the team were honest and clear on what treatment would be required and what the results would be, and they weren't wrong! I had my braces off last year but wanted to make sure I left a review (albeit very late!) as the whole team at Clifton Orthodontics are so amazing and deserve recognition. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely really friendly and professional.Dr Tonner was very honest and clear about what could be achieved and the best way to do it. He's a fantastic orthodontistic and helped me get the smile I wanted without having to remove any teeth (which another Orthodontist previously said I would have to do).I'm so happy with the result and would highly recommend anyone thinking about braces to go here. You couldn't be in better hands!

I just wanted to say that Richard, Joanna and the team did a sterling job of my teeth! I have a gorgeous white smile and it's already giving me wrinkles from all the smiling I'm doing ;-) Their care is very professional yet gentle, and they always have a good attitude and kind words for panicky folk (i.e. me). The communication from the team is also excellent and the receptionists are very kind and patient with all the queries. Highly recommend.
