I have faced harassment today.I was verbally abused by one of the staff black lady, at the security gates, because I forgot my lanyard. Made me feel embarrassed in front of everyone in the Hall. Very unprofessional! No manners, No culture 21st century!!! I was promised to get a call from the manager. Never heard from anyone. Zero Star

I schooled in the Center City building ('Ulster University' precisely) it's a great building and seems like it should be for something else than school, but i did get lost on my first coming, I got lost in translation of the name of the building 'Center City' and the area's name 'City Center'. Even when I did see the building, I wasn't sure what I was looking at for about 30 minutes because of its name.

Visited over the weekend to drop off Tribunal documents. There was no post box, but a polite security guard game and explained if he took the documents from me, he could not be liable for them. So I decided to return on Mon and hand deliver them. When I did, the main reception worker was helpful, let me in and told me where to go. At least 2 of the lifts were out of service, leading to a delay. It also meant more people in the remaining lifts so not as covid secure and more stops.
