If you're new to cake decorating this is the place to go.The staff are always happy to help, swap cake decorating stories and are not pushy.I visit quite regularly and always treat myself to a little something after my normal purchases- cake coxes and boards. They have a fantastic range of goodies.A little cake decorating oasisDeserves the five star rating!

I love this shop! There is nowhere else in Horsham where you can get such a wide range of baking equipment and specialist ingredients and I would recommend it to everyone (even if you're not a baking fanatic). It's fantastic that we have something like this on our doorstep. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I've also been recently introduced to their new range of natural flavourings - they are amazing in buttercream!

Fantastic service.Ordered a cake topper for our Golden Wedding Anniversary late on Thursday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday morning.The personalised topper was exactly as expected and ideal for our very limited celebration given current lockdown restrictions. After ordering some supplies online, which were delivered promptly, I discovered that the shop was 5miles up the road.Daughter announced further supplies were needed on Christmas Eve! We swung past first thing and after trying the door we found that they were closed. As we were getting back in the car the shop door opened and we were asked if we needed any help. We were able to make our purchase and our homemade Christmas gifts were saved. Many thanks!

I love this shop! Even though it’s small they have masses of great cake decorating items and baking equipment. The staff are always happy and helpful. I like that I can buy from a local independent and it doesn’t cost the earth!

I ordered some personalised cake toppers that I needed delivered quickly. I spoke to Vicy and she was incredibly helpful, got them in the post really quickly and let me know when she had sent them. The cake toppers were perfect and arrived just as expected. All in all, fantastic customer service.
