Lovely salon with friendly staff. Holly did an amazing job, she was chatty but very quick and efficient which was great as I was heading to a wedding. My hair stayed perfect all day.

Such a great experience. Very friendly atmosphere but mainly really talented staff. Especially Ronnie. I now get the whole family to go there. Great for kids, men and women. Also really reasonable prices. A full range of treatments and hair styling. Amazing

Very expensive for work done on my hair. Trainee hairdresser didn't cut the style I wanted only what she wanted to do which was a short bob which I thought very unimaginative. The rose pink colour disappeared after a week so I was left very dissapointed and nearly £100 out of pocket.I will never go back to westrow in Ilkley

I had the most pleasant, relaxing and friendly service when I visited the salon recently. Couldn't fault the professionalism, welcoming greeting from Ronnie and her staff. I had never been to this salon before as i live 300 miles away but needed the services of a reliable salon to get my hair ready for an official event i was attending. My hair requests were listened to, advice was offered and the end result was exactly what I wanted. I was a very happy customer and would highly recommend and use again if and when I'm back in the area. Thanks to Ronnie and her team.

Another fantastic experience from the Westrow, Ilkley! I’m always greeted with a welcoming smile and professional attitude. These ladies are so well trained I hardly need to explain my hair wants or needs and they get it right every time.Special shout-out to Holly who had styled my hair for so many different occasions, including weddings!Ps the new salon makeover is so beautiful, such a comfortable place to sit while my colour is on.Thank you!

I take my kids in too for their hair cutting and they are so good and work flexibly around my stubborn toddler!
