Mel did a great job helping me recover from a hip injury that had been lingering for months. Within a few sessions the pain was gone and I was out running again. I also know exactly what exercises to do to build core strength and avoid the injury recurring

I thorough recommend Head-to-Toe Crawley. I have visited several times now for running related injuries. I have always seen Mel for treatment and find her to be extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I have quite a complex medical condition and Mel has never been fazed working within the parameters of my health. Unlike other physios I’ve seen, Mel had enabled me to stay active during recovery and not simply told me to “rest” and sent me on my way with unattainable rehab exercises. If you’re struggling with injury or rehab I couldn’t recommend Mel highly enough!

Had a Sports Massage from Alex, he understood my issue and knew what to do, he did an excellent job on my shoulder and back certainyl feeling the effects after a couple of hours. The session as well was very comfortable and Alex was great person to talk to as well.

I have been given a set of exercises to use, with a follow up appointment booked in. I feel very pleased with his work and highly recommend him.
