The staff at Graham Butt in Rustington were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From viewings through to moving in, they were extremely helpful, patient and the communication was excellent.I really felt valued as a client.Caroline in particular went above and beyond for me, really going the extra mile. Any issues were dealt with quickly and effectively and she was proactive in chasing legal matters which helped enormously in achieving a very tight deadline for completion.Paula who took me on several viewings was incredibly patient and friendly.

We were really happy with Graham Butt. We purchased through the Rustington office but viewed properties with three different offices and all members of staff were professional and lovely. Once our offer was accepted the office gave us regular feedback on our purchase and kept us updated with all the developments. Even with people on holiday everyone knew what was happening with the purchase and we’re able to answer all our questions. Special mention to Ellie and Cameron thank you

Graham Butt are the best estate agent I have used to sell a property. When they make a commitment they always deliver. They have very good communication skills and contacted me many times to update me on progress rather than me having to contact them. Their staff are friendly and approachable. I highly recommend them if you are selling a property in the Rustington/Littlehampton area.

Graham Butt were great from the very beginning. We explained that we needed a vacant property or one that could move quickly, gave our budget and was immediately offered a few properties to go and see in a very short space of time.They were very accommodating to the fact that we was travelling from London and continued to send through other properties of interest.Ellie in the Rustington branch was fantastic!
