Receptionist rudeDidn’t want the whole of the waiting room knowing what treatment I was having doneHer whole manner is awful not people friendly at all

Beyond unprofessional shoddy work - cost us a lot of time and money! Rude staff.

Always had great dentists at The Bays, but Sarah is on another level. A total professional in every way - highly accomplished but so down to earth and caring. Have always managed to fit me in quickly, especially with emergencies. Always feel valued when I visit and even if I moved 100 miles away, The Bays would still be my local dentist!

I have just had my first root canal filling and are now pain free. My dentist (Dr. Marek Kopciuch) and his assistant were so gentle and caring. The reception staff are always welcoming making my visit far more pleasant than it might have been. Many thanks to all of you.

Extremely disappointed I was told nothing they could do for me I would have to go and find someone to fit all new crowns for 30000 left me devastated went to another dentist and have been given more positive news can't believe they were going to leave me sort out myself

I am TERRIFIED of the Dentist and now that Mr Edwards has gone, was concerned I would go again, however Sarah Jacobs has been FANTASTIC! She listens, has calming voice, doesn't rush, and will do things over as many appointments as I need to. The receptionists are great, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend going to this dental practice 5* service

I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist! But when I had my first appointment at the Bays in cullompton I was put at ease straight away! My first check up was with Ali who is a very kind and gentle professional with his amazing nurse Abbie who straight away makes you feel at home ( if even possible at a dentist, but here it was) plus she also said she like my dress and I’m a sucker for compliments! I always had some treatment on a separate occasion where I was with a young very friendly student nurse called Alisha, she is a breathe of fresh air and for a young lady very knowledgeable and has her head in the right place and will go far, she held my hand all through the treatment whilst I was also being reassured by Ali and Abbie. I’ve also had an appointment with hygienist Philippa who again was very understanding and helped me with my fear! I can not fault anything at this dentist with my experience! Keep up the good work and you’ve all made my smile bigger :)
