What a nice service. I was struggling with an open watch lid after battery replacement which I couldn't close as it required a special tool which I didn't have. Tried everything on it before giving up and bringing it to this shop. I definitely recommend it. Will bring all my watches for battery replacement here going forward. Thank you.

I gave an expensive watch for repair sadly I was told the watch can not be repaired however I am very disappointed the watch glass was removed by the repairer and he then denied he took it off and said he needs glue to seal it and doesn't have any. However taken it to another vintage watch repairer I have been informed the original glass has been removed that's why it doesnt fit having contacted this shop repair it was denied he removed or possibly damaged the original watch glass I explained the glass was fine when I gave it to him why did it come off all of a sudden and now apparently the size has changed he denied any responsibility and now changed his story and said it needs pressure fitting if that was true why did he not do it before he gave my watch back to me please do not trust this repairer you will lose your value watches. This is my honest review to the best of my knoweledge.
