I contacted Sarah because I knew I’d lose my hair during chemotherapy. Sarah was so warm, friendly & empathetic I immediately felt at ease. The wig she found me is absolutely fantastic and I’m delighted with it. It’s so comfortable and a beautiful colour. I’ve had many compliments which have made me feel confident and less self conscious during a difficult time. I’ve found Sarah to be very professional, knowledgeable & being a hairdresser herself she can personalise your wig to suit. I highly recommend her.

Sarah has helped me through an extremely difficult time. Her caring and professional nature put me totally at ease from the day I knew I would be losing all my hair. I purchased both a synthetic and real hair wig. Nothing was too much trouble. I had more than one wig to try before choosing and the colour matched my usual hair perfectly. I have had so many compliments on both wigs and even my medical team had no idea they were wigs! I was quite upset when my hair started thinning and embarrassed about wearing a wig but Sarah was wonderful. She put me at ease, gave me excellent advice and helped me choose a wig. But more than that, she is a genuinely caring and empathetic person and I felt able to talk to her. I had been to the GP and a trichologist before that and was just told I was imagining the hair loss. It was a huge relief to talk to someone who understood and offered constructive advice .Sarah is very helpful, professional and lovely. I have no hesitation recommending her.

From my very first appointment she demonstrated a huge amount of kindness and compassion which helped to immediately put me at ease.The thought of having to look for a wig (after losing my hair due to chemotherapy) was incredibly daunting but Sarah made the experience so much better then I could've possibly anticipated. Her knowledge regarding the construction of the wigs, the available colours, what styles would and wouldn't work...I knew for certain after my first appointment I'd come to the right place.Another aspect I greatly appreciated was her knowledge and experience of chemotherapy hair". Consulting Sarah was the best thing I ever did since my alopecia journey started. It has been a devastating diagnosis especially as it is probably permanent. Sarah spent such a long time with me trying to find something suitable and she certainly found it. She was patient but really good fun. Sarah is absolutely wonderful, she made me feel at easy from the moment we chatted on the phone. On meeting Sarah she made sure I was comfortable, listening and understanding my needs and wishes. Sarah ensured I understood all of my options along with what suited my needs as well as style. What began as a very traumatic, stressful and upsetting situation, I now have options and feel empowered to continue life in confidence and learning how to get back to being me.

As soon as I was told I would need a second round of chemo, there was no hesitation than to contact Sarah. She was able to book me an appointment in the same week.Sarah made suggestions to wigs and I purchased two beautiful hair pieces which look so natural. Sarah is exceptional at what she does!

I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. This was my 1st experience of discussing finding a wig suitable for myself and not only was she professional, informative and knowledgeable she was also very kind and understanding to my needs. Sarah gave me all the pros and cons of the various types of wigs available which as you may already know is totally overwhelming. I agree with all the reviews here I cannot recommend Sarah enough. Such a professional and is just a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things hair and all the wigs & styles/ types.This was a really difficult and sad time, I found losing my hair after chemo very tough - Sarah made the whole experience very calm, gentle and warm. She was really caring and took her time to support me with the process and what I may need. She helped me understand how my hair may fall out/ grow back - Sarah even gave me a really lovely Pixie cut just before its started to completely fall out which made me feel really confident when the time came. With support and her knowledge I chose a beautiful wig which suited my style, me and my family have been so pleased with it and I wholeheartedly recommend going to see Sarah for a consultation if you are thinking about a wig - she's awesome :)

Sarah offers an amazing service. My hairline began to recede quite significantly as a consequence of an autoimmune condition. Sarah has helped me to select hairpieces that really complement and blend in the the hair I have left. I go to her on a regular basis for maintenance of my own hair as well as my hairpieces and it is always a pleasant experience. Sarah is totally professional, very skilled and experienced but at the same time she is warm, friendly and fun. I highly recommend her and very grateful that she offers such a valuable service
