Lashes fell out same day. Wouldn’t recommend

I never give negative feedback to anywhere but my eyebrows were so bad I just have to!My eyebrows were really thick and full when I went in and I asked for them to be just tidied up. The woman was threading them for what felt like forever! When she showed me the mirror they are now completely odd & thin! They are horrendous!!!! I would advise people to stay away!!!!

Usually good service but yesterday I had my eyebrows done and clearly the woman was not qualified. Absolutely changed the whole shape and ruined my eyebrows. I asked for them tinting brown. But look black. (With blonde hair) and a very thin eyebrow. Definitely not using this place again

paid £70 for my eyelashes doing yesterday and i’ve woke up this morning and i’m missing half of them on one eye

Unless you want thin, uneven eyebrows then I wouldn't even bother. She didn't listen to how I wanted them, she was rushing and resulted in me having extremely thin, wonky brows. Waste of £5. Stick to my usual spot, Superdrug.

I couldn’t discourage you from going here enough. I rang the shop on Friday to make an appointment for LVL lashes to which the lady told me I couldn’t book an appointment, I had to come in and get a patch test first. So on Monday when I made a special trip to Sheffield to stay with my sister and get my lashes done I went to Meadowhall specifically for my patch test, I waited in like for a full hour for the lady to finally do my patch test. Afterwards I repeatedly askd her if I needed to make an appointment for 48hours when I could come back in and she said no I don’t I just need to queue up again and I will get my appointment. Today I have gone back to Meadowhall specifically to get my eyelashes done and another lady has told me they have no appointments for any day and she has said the other lady was wrong and she shouldn’t have said that I’ve explained that I’ve came here specifically to get my eyelashes done I’ve explained the situation, in the end she became quite sharp with me with an attitude and the whole situation has really upset me and brought me to tears I’ve wasted all this time and been mislead by this unprofessional treatment and I strongly advise anyone against going to this place.

My brows always look great when I've been here. And I've had some disasters, in the past. The threading is very quick and they are always tinted as I want. I like my brows thick, but arch shaped and this is what I get.I only go to Meadowhall, if my brows need doing. Staff are friendly and very efficient. There is no appointments, so you just wait, which is great for me because I have health problems, so just go when I can. There is a card you get stamped too, so you get one free after 8 visits. I recommend to everyone. The staff are all amazing, particularly Sadia, who has done mine a few times now.

I have never had someone that lazy doing my eyebrows. she took off the few hairs below the line to make them look cleaner but she left some. She did not remove the hair above the eyebrows and in the middle between eyebrows. A 2 min job not completed...

I had an appointment today for eyelashes. The staff member wasn’t very friendly and also she told me in the last minute that I can only pay by credit card. They should let me know about that when I did the appointment, a week ago. I am not happy because I took day off from work to get to this appointment. They aren’t professional! I will not recommend to anyone!

I had my eyebrows threaded for the second time at I brow. Unfortunately this time I was not happy after having them threaded. I now have very thin eyebrows, this was not how they were done last time. As a result I have had to tint them to make them look thicker. I will not be visiting again .
