Lovely service. Rooms aren't the fancy rooms you get in big cities, but honestly more comfortable than other Premier Inns, lovely restaurant too (fry up is incredible)

Don’t be fooled by the exterior. The room was clean and as expected from a premier inn. Just one more towel would have been nice!! Staff super friendly and helpful - which was lovely as it was Christmas Day. Breakfast was next door at the Beefeater. All pre booked and tasty with full English and continental options. Great location for us. Will stay again.

Very nice and convenient location. Good sized room with the super comfy bed and clean modern bathroom with a bath Nice big clean towels. We did try the pub next door, the staff and food was nice with lots of free parking. Very handy for the city of Gloucester without getting stuck in all the traffic. The staff at the primer Inn and the pub is so nice. I would recommend this place.

Rooms were very clean and tidy,not the best mattress, lumpy,dumpy and bumpy.No one on Reception when we left to complain too.

Found hair in the bathroom from previous guests. Mould smelling corridors masked with cheap perfume. You cannot sleep because of the noise coming from some kind of ventilation system.Nice and helpful staff.Good food and great service at the BeefeaterTricky to find location even if you have the correct postcode.

Clean, quiet, a great bed, good shower and lovely helpful staff. Full English in the carvery next door was very good.We had driven half the length of the country and needed to recharge. I'd definitely recommend and go back.

Great hotel, third visit here now.Very clean and tidy.Lauren the receptionist was very helpful in letting me check in early … thank youAaron the chef will go the extra mile to make your food spot on.Only downfall was the manageress who on two occasions I caught her shouting at and publicly embarrassing her staff which made myself and others feel uncomfortable … she is toxic

Horrible damp smell throughout the building. cleanliness wasn’t up-to standard compared to other premier inn’s, Walls are very thin, can hear everything from next room eg. TV and conversations.
