I needed to have some work done at my business, the roof was leaking when it rained hard. We are in Chelmsford and although I know a local roofer, he will only do domestic but gave me a contact for the business. I will never get just one quote, especially from building types, so as well as following my local guys recommendation I googled for another, as you do. Exall came up. Not so handy, Islington is a long way from Chelmsford but the site looked good and all I wanted was another quote to compare. So when I called, Dave said he was actually coming out to Braintree in a couple of days to look at a job so he would drop by. He called to say he was on his way, turned up with a ladder, looked up on the roof. He then emailed a quote the following day. I accepted. He turned up when he promised. He worked all day. He has given me a guarantee and after his efforts so far, I believe he would honour it. But we had a huge downpour the very next day. And lots more since. The roof doesn't leak any more! So - the verdict. Brilliant work. Honest. Calm and efficient. Well done. All builders and roofers take note. This is the way to do business! And the other guy? Useless. Sent a boy to look. Fannied around trying to call me, all I wanted was a quote. I never got the quote and when he called to ask what was happening I told him it was done. Guess what? I got a mouthful of abuse!

I would recommend Exall 200%. Bradley & Dave originally came to resolve what I thought was a problem with a leaking roof due to poor work done by previous roofers. It took three attempts to resolve it as ultimately the problem was not entirely the roof itself but holes in the brick work. They never gave up trying to understand the problem and fitting me into their busy schedule, knowing that I'm on the verge of moving home. I cannot thank them enough for their help.

Found them under “Emergency Roof Repairs” very, very helpful when I contacted them at 5pm and said they would have a couple of engineers here at 8am the following day. They were here bang on time, carried out the repair and were very professional in all aspects. I highly recommend this company .

They came out for an emergency roof repair after the storm in February and did a temporary fix to make sure we were water tight. They then came out to complete a more permeant fix to ensure the roof would be good in the long term. Very easy to work with and the work was completed without any problems. Very professional and friendly.

What a fantastic company! I called them this morning to explain our roof was leaking. Chris said he would come out this afternoon and take a look. He arrived by 2.30pm and was up the ladder before I could blink. He reassured me all that was wrong was 5 cracked tiles and that he could fix them then and there. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Such nice guys and if I ever have another roofing problem I will be calling them. Would 100% reccomend them.
