How strange to walk in to an open Reiss shop at 1pm on a Sunday and find it completely empty with no personnel on the shop floor... I gave up after waiting for 5 minutes!

Dirty tables.1 Rude member of staff at food ordering area.Other staff we're a delight.Great sandwiches, cakes etc but overpriced. Typical for St Albans Sat market greedy crowd.

Love the St Albans branch! The Staff/Manager/supervisor are always so polite and extremely helpful, their knowledge of the fabrics are incredible. It's a pleasure to shop with them, they making me feel like a Quinn every time!!! 10/10 for me❤

A very nice looking shop, great window displays and very clean tidy and professional looking. The building is very old and very noticeable walking down St Peter's street.
