Do not use this shop for sending any parcels especially if u are sending them in there original boxes. In the last month I have had 6 parcels completely disappear from this shop and all of them was never collected by the courier. The guys in the shop are thieves

Shop has a problem with mice or rats. You will get ill eating from here. Found packaging had clear evidence of being eaten through part of product is gone .confronted staff about it tried saying id done it. Refused to accept they have a problem in anyway. Dont insult me, or your other customers you just have poor food storage safety and dont care if people get ill.Clearly been bitten through by a rodent plenty of little nibble marks. Ended up dumping food back on them and walking out after he refused to sort it. So disgusting only have to look around the shop to see cleanliness is not important to any of them. Do not use period!!!

Alright shop with most food you'll need. Shop is pretty dirty and poorly maintained though. Also if you are going for Hermes print in store Amazon returns, the machine is a little dodgy and if the barcode is not scannable first few attempts try taking a screenshot and zooming in. This worked for me. :)

please think twice before handing any parcels over the counter for return, as this store is renowned for not sending goods back.I handed over a return laptop to Amozon £450.00Amazon never received it back. then trainers sent back to Amozon, guess what....Amozon never received them either. the staff here are scammers... PLEASE USE AMOZON LOCKER AT WILKINSONS THE MALL FOR RETURNS IF YOU CAN... Stay away from this shop....

It's a 24/7 shop which is a great thing. They have almost everything in stock. Not good in terms of customer interactions. The sales person behaves rudely sometimes.

I went to return an item back to Amazon through Hermes but the boy behind the counter was so rude!!! Is that the customer service you provide!!! Most of the time when you go they have EarPods in their ears and they are on the phone while dealing with you or they are chatting loudly with each other. Many times you have to shout at them. They don’t even bother to look at you and speak so rudely!!! This type of customer service is absolutely unacceptable!!!

This is one of the best local shops in the area. You can literally get everything from here. My favourite thing about the shop is that it's open 24/7 around the clock. I regularly pop in late night for daily essentials.

This establishment has staff that are unintelligible, rude uncooperative and ignorant.They sell alcohol without displaying the necessary License anywhere in the store, refuse to identify either themselves or the Premises’ licensee and if you question them they become aggressive, violent and threatening.They have dangerous double security doors and have no qualms about using them to trap you between them so that they can ‘Sort you out ‘.If you value your life, limb and peace of mind, don’t bother to spend money here.There are plenty of better, cheaper and more civilised shops located nearby.
