A warm and friendly place where Mum is well looked after and well fed. Visitors are always welcome anytime. Plenty of activities organised. Staff are friendly and always smiling.

My Dad has just spent a first respite stay at Avon House & we cannot praise the staff more highly. Without exception everyone we dealt with was friendly,kind & professional.It was a strange time for all of us as they had to go into lockdown not long after Dad went in so we couldn't visit or take him out for Xmas. Staff went out of their way to help us stay in touch reassuring us that he was ok.We would have no hesitation recommending Avon House nor using it again if the need arises - thank you all.

Avon House Dementia Care Home
The staff are all so friendly and caring. I turned up without an appointment and they showed me all around the lovely home. Subsequently I took my mother to have a look and she has also spent a trial day with lunch. She loved it. Thank you to everyone. Hopefully when the time comes for my mother to go into care permanently she will be happy with Avon House if they have a suitable room available.
